Don't mind typos since we want this to be our unfiltered first impressions without overthinking

  1. yes, let’s save the planet. You’re preaching to the choir. Use the first answer directly on your website, so everybody knows what they will find on your site. The other currency is a bit daunting and you should address visitors directly in their familiar environment (language etc.). But it is also possible that you currently only offer your products in Kurdistan. Otherwise, I would present the bestsellers even more clearly on the website and include testimonials.

  2. its a very clean nice minimal design and matches the brand identity. what i keep missing around these kinds of products is how do you wanna reach/convice the majority of the people? toothbrushes are used by everyone thats the good news. huge market. But what i’m saying is the conscious shoppers are already informed and convinced and have their places to shop so all you need here is a functioning and converting ecommerce shop, the growth potentials are probably winning new customer segments and converting people to use these products. you have the possibility and maybe even the responsibility to explain why that product makes so much sense and eliminate potential fears (i bet there’s a lot of people out there that still think big toothbrush brands are better for their teeth). so i’d be pointing that out more in my storytelling. secondly do customers worry about the CO2 footprint of the products being shipped? are you compensating that? probably would be expected. So my summary: solid needed product, out there already. the why is missing. try to win new customers in the majority of people to really cause a change. visually its a great brand

  3. I like the idea behind Bamboo Bazaar and being eco-friendly is definitely on top of trends. The webshop looks very professional. Blame on me, but I would never expect such quality from such an for e-commerce unknown country like Kurdistan. Chapeau! The big picture that you already have in mind is great. I like the attitude of “think big”. But, there is a long way to go. And before entering such challenging and developed markets like the US, you have to finish your homework. Users in developed e-commerce countries are already spoiled with high expectations. First you need a much larger product portfolio and a strong social media presence in different channels. Now as I believe you won’t have the marketing budgets to overflow different markets, you will need a great strategy, that will rather make you go viral. So put all hands on deck and start being creative. An alternative would be to conquer your home market and all adjoining countries and to become No 1 there. I guess getting the PR attention and paid marketing reach should be much easier and of course cheaper.
